WCQ part of Pioneering Project RV Homebase

29-Mar-2011

Win Constructions Queensland is proud to be a part of Queensland’s first recreational vehicle-focused residential development currently under construction in Maryborough. RV Homebase Fraser Coast is a $70 million venture to build 210 homes that allow owners to park their RVs or caravans in fully serviced undercover ports as a home base for when they travel.

RV Homebase Project Manager Barry Rawlinson said he was impressed with the work of the Win Constructions Queensland team. “When you embark on large scale, pioneering projects, it’s essential to have good people on your team," Mr Rawlinson said.

“Win Constructions Qld were engaged by RV Homebase to manage the construction of the core of our $3 million community facilities for our master planned RV village site at Maryborough. “Initially engaged to build the main community building, the strength of the working relationship saw the role progressively expanded to include additional buildings and leisure facilities, and to also handle a slice of our residential construction.”

“Resourceful, practical, transparent and flexible are just some of the words that come to mind when describing their performance. “Daniel and his team have played a critical role in developing flagship buildings of which the whole village can be proud. “WIN Constructions Qld – great people to know when the pressure is on."
