Another Commercial property development completed by WCQ. A complete package from land acquisition through to construction this two storey Office building was sold as individual office spaces.
Comprising of four tenancies the construction encompassed a concrete slab with blockwork to the external & internal fire walls. The upper floor & roof truss system was comprised of timber with a Colorbond roof. The upper floor extended to form balcony facing road frontage with feature gables.

Including everything from design to approvals the building was constructed by WCQ and sold by our sister company Win Projects. A two storey Office building, containing four tenancies, with single level café facing Neil Street. Construction concrete slab/ blockwork to lower level and timber framing to upper level & roof truss system. The rear two storeys portion consists of a feature gable/façade.
