There are times when you need far more than just a basic builder to bring your project to life!
Win Constructions Queensland is a locally owned and operated building company with a proven track record of successfully creating specialist Medical, Health and Wellness Spaces across the Fraser Coast. They are true to their claim of Building Regional Queensland by providing a genuine One Stop Shop for design, construction and project services, all under one roof.
This centrally located Medical Hub, surrounded by burgeoning housing estates and attractive retail spaces, is a much-needed addition for the area. This project has brought together, some of the most talented subcontractors with the highly skilled professionals at WCQ to provide a customised space for the Fraser Coast’s emergent medical, allied health and support service sector. WCQ proudly took home regional and state Project of the Year – Commercial Building up to $5 Million.
13 Medical Place is a private project which Win Constructions was involved in and therefore ran all elements of the project from the demand analysis, project management, site acquisitions, design and constructions and our sister company Win Projects completed the circle with leasing and sales. The suites themselves need to be convenient box type shops to accommodate standard medical and allied health room sizes so we decided to create the looks and shapes through awning designs which were made out of insulation roofing in different shapes, heights and angles. On top of that we raised the window heights to make the front more appealing. We also created a good café space in the front corner to enhance the amenity.
They will assist you to create an accessible, purpose-built space, where their extensive experience in sourcing, installing and commissioning specialist equipment will be considered every step of the way.
Let Win Constructions Queensland use their specialist expertise, knowledge and skills in Medical and Wellness Space Construction, so you can use yours!
